Weekend Update: Pretty Much The Best Weekend Ever Edition
Such a jam packed weekend, to say the least. Agenda went as follows:
Friday: Forwent Ozzies (greatest karaoke bar known to man and our usual Friday night hangout) to go to Sean’s Halloween party – pics to come as soon as I get home from work. Basically, everyone dressed up to the max, which was so awesome. And there was even an ice luge (for shots – i didn’t do it because I couldn’t ruin the Boyfriend’s only white work-shirt). We had the greatest hookah/friends circle going. Pretty much awesome - I keep saying awesome. The best part was Sean passing out. He never does, and it was amazing.
Saturday: Probably the best day I have spent with the Boyfriend in a long time. We relaxed (mostly recovered) until about noon, went to the bank, then to get soup (which turned into salad), saw (there is one part that is so disgusting that I almost peed from laughing), got tea, and walked around for most of the day. We spent a pleasant evening (I will spare you the gory details) at home watching more movies and listening to the rain. I love him so much.
Sunday: For some reason (even with the time change) I sat up bolt upright at 10 minutes to 7am. I have no idea why, but I was up. We decided that we were going to go to “Antique and Retro Row” in long beach with a few of our nearest and dearest friends – Kenny and Jade. We perused the shops (i only bought tights, Jade got some pretty cute dresses), ate a (the bomb), and went to the marina to pretend we were going to buy a boat. We went on every boat there was for sales and decided that one day (maybe in the nearish future) that we would/and could all buy a house together to either live or rent out. It is (almost) totally feasible and I would be stoked if it happened.
But yes, I plan to update this post, or a new post with all the pics from the weekend. We missed Diana & Eric on our little excursion to the LB (tried to pull off our triple date – freaking softball!!), but we will for sure try this weekend.
